Customer Responsibility

Property Care & Maintenance

Maintain the rental property in good condition throughout the rental period
Report any damages or issues immediately to avoid additional charges
Keep the property clean and free from excessive wear and tear
Comply with all local laws and regulations during the rental period

Usage Guidelines

Use the rental property only for its intended purpose as specified in the agreement
Do not sublease or transfer rental rights to third parties without written consent
Respect maximum occupancy limits and noise restrictions
Obtain permission before making any modifications or alterations

Security & Safety

Secure the property at all times and report any security breaches immediately
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage throughout the rental period
Follow all fire safety protocols and emergency procedures

Rental Terms

Payment & Duration

Rental payments must be made in advance according to the agreed schedule
Late payment fees apply after the 5-day grace period
Minimum rental period is 30 days unless otherwise specified
Security deposit required and refundable upon satisfactory inspection

Fees & Charges

Damage repairs will be charged at actual cost plus administrative fee
Cleaning fees apply if property is not returned in acceptable condition
Utility charges are the responsibility of the tenant unless included
Pet fees and deposits apply where pets are permitted

Cancellation Policy

30-day written notice required for termination
Early termination fees may apply as outlined in the rental agreement
No refunds for partial months unless in cases of property unavailability

Legal & Compliance

All parties must comply with local, state, and federal laws
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
Terms are subject to change with 30-day written notice
